By accessing or using any website, application, or service operated by this.live LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), including this.live, Beacon, Maestro, MaestroAPI, and any future products (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

The Services, including their software, design, branding, documentation, and content, are owned by this.live LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
Open-source components (such as Maestro) are licensed under their respective open-source licenses. These Terms do not restrict rights granted under applicable open-source licenses.
Content you create using the Services belongs to you. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process, store, and transmit your content solely to provide and improve the Services.
The Services integrate with third-party providers including Google, OpenAI, Stripe, PayPal, Twilio, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to the applicable third party's terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of third-party services.
Certain Services require payment (subscriptions, credits, or API usage fees). Payment is processed by Stripe and/or PayPal. We never receive or store raw payment card data.
If you access the Services via API (including MaestroAPI):
Several of our Services generate content using artificial intelligence. AI-generated content is provided as-is and for informational or productivity purposes only.
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Services, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. We specifically disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, this.live LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunities, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any and all claims shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim or (b) $100.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless this.live LLC and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of applicable law, content you create or transmit using the Services, or your violation of any third party's rights.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in the State of Connecticut.
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding.
Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately and without notice if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
Upon termination: your right to use the Services ceases immediately; we may delete your data after 30 days except as required by law or our Privacy Policy; any fees already paid are non-refundable for the current billing period.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provision above, any legal action shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Connecticut.
